What Ordexly does
Ordexly keeps track of business filing deadlines for you and your clients. It puts each client's federal and state due dates in the calendar your team already checks, sends reminders, and links every date to the official agency page it came from.
How it makes your life easier
- No more deadline spreadsheets. Add a client once (states, entity type, formation month, payroll) and Ordexly works out which deadlines apply.
- Deadlines show up where you already look. Subscribe each client's feed in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Feeds update automatically.
- Reminders before things are due. Email reminders at the offsets you choose, plus a weekly digest.
- Every date is checked and sourced. Each deadline links to the official agency source we verified it against, with the date we last checked. Weekend and holiday shifts follow each agency's published rule.
- Know when something changes. When we correct or add a date for a state you track, it appears in your change-alert feed.
- A record of what was done. Mark deadlines filed, record extensions you've been granted, and keep an audit log of changes.
How it works
- Add your clients. One at a time, or import a CSV.
- Subscribe the calendar feeds. One feed for the whole firm or one per client. Each is a private link.
- Get reminded and mark things done. Reminders come by email; mark filings done in the dashboard.
What's covered
Federal plus 50 states and DC, each checked line by line against the official agency source: annual reports and franchise tax, sales tax, payroll withholding and unemployment insurance wherever the state has them. Territories: Puerto Rico (fully verified); Northern Mariana Islands (fully verified); Guam (sales tax, withholding, annual reports); U.S. Virgin Islands (sales tax, unemployment, annual reports). The full list with sources is at ordexly.com/coverage.
Only deadlines checked against an official agency source are shown. See the full list with sources on Coverage, and how we verify dates.
Who it's for
- CPA and bookkeeping firms tracking deadlines for many client entities: Solo (up to 10 businesses), Firm (up to 50, with team roles) and Practice (up to 150).
- Business owners keeping one company on schedule: the Owner plan covers one business.
Every plan has a free trial; you enter a card at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from Account & billing. See Pricing.
What Ordexly doesn't do
- It does not file returns or reports, or pay taxes or fees for you.
- It is not legal, tax or accounting advice, and doesn't replace your professional judgment.
- Agencies can change rules. Confirm critical dates with the agency using the source link on each deadline. Found a date that looks wrong? Email hello@ordexly.com.
