Founding firms
The FOUNDING50 discount is applied for you automatically; there's no code to type. (The $5 Owner plan isn't part of the founding offer.) Every plan starts with a free trial: 60 days on Firm, 14 days on Owner, Solo and Practice. You enter a card at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel in one click before then. Founding members (first 25, on Solo, Firm and Practice) get FOUNDING50: 50% off the first 14 paid months on monthly billing, or the first year on yearly billing. When the discount period ends, you pay your plan's normal price. Switching to Owner ends your founding 50% discount. If you switch back later, you won't get it again.

Trial, refunds, cancel and sales tax
No surprises
- Checkout shows the exact trial end date and first charge. We email you 3 days before the first charge (7 days on Firm) with the amount and a one-click cancel link. Cancel the trial in one click in Account and you won't be charged.
- Full refund within 30 days of your first payment. After that: cancel anytime in Account & billing; no partial refunds; full access through the paid period.
- After you cancel, your calendars and reminders keep working until the end of the period you paid for. Download your deadlines (calendar file and CSV) any time before then. Your data stays private for 90 days in case you come back, then it’s deleted.
- Failed payment: 7-day grace with retries (feeds kept); then paused until you fix billing.
- Yearly plans: renewal reminder ~7 days before. Price changes: 30 days’ notice; your current price is honored until renewal.
Sales tax: prices exclude tax. Where sales tax is required, it’s added at checkout based on your billing address, and you see it before you pay. Ordexly organizes deadlines only — see what we do / don’t.
