FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial (60 days on Firm, 14 days on the other plans). You enter a card at checkout, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and founding members get a discount on Solo, Firm and Practice (details on Pricing). We email you 3 days before the first charge (7 days on Firm) with the exact amount and a one-click cancel link.
Can we cancel? What about refunds and access?
Full refund within 30 days of your first payment; no partial refunds after that. Cancel anytime in a few clicks from Account & billing. No phone call or email needed. Your calendars and reminders keep working until the end of the period you paid for, and you can download your deadlines (calendar file and CSV) until then. Your data stays private for 90 days in case you come back, then it’s deleted. Step-by-step: How to cancel.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries during a 7-day grace period; feeds stay up. If still unpaid, access pauses until you update the card.
Does Ordexly file or give advice?
No. See what Ordexly does and doesn’t.
How deep is state coverage?
Federal deadlines plus all 50 states and DC are fully covered: every deadline type each state has was checked against the official agency source, and those states carry an Official-verified badge on Coverage. Territories carry a Verified items listed badge, which means only the specific items shown there are covered. Every date links to its source so you can confirm it.
