How to cancel

Cancel anytime in a few clicks from Account & billing. No phone call or email needed.

1. Sign in and open Account & billing (in the sidebar on desktop, or the bottom menu on your phone).
2. Click Cancel my subscription.
3. We may show one optional offer to pause or switch to a smaller plan. Click No thanks, continue to cancel to skip it.
4. Optionally tell us why. You can leave it as “Prefer not to say”.
5. Click Cancel subscription. It takes effect right away and you'll see a confirmation page.

What happens next

• On a free trial: the trial ends immediately and you are never charged.
• On a paid plan: you won't be charged again. You keep full access, including calendar feeds and reminders, until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We send a confirmation email from hello@ordexly.com. Reply to it if you have questions.
• Download your deadlines as a calendar file and a spreadsheet (CSV) from Account & billing while your access is active.
• Your data stays private for 90 days after access ends in case you come back, then it is deleted.
• Changed your mind before access ends? Click Keep my subscription on Account & billing.

Prefer Stripe? You can also cancel in the Stripe billing portal (Account & billing → Billing portal). Either way works.
