What we collect
- Your email, firm name, and login session data.
- Client entity names, states, entity types, formation month, and reminder preferences you enter.
- Billing metadata from Stripe (customer/subscription ids, plan). We do not store full card numbers.
- If you confirm your email but don't complete checkout: your firm name, email, the plan you picked, when you signed up and when checkout was left unfinished. We keep this so you can finish signing up later, and we may contact you about your signup. Email hello@ordexly.com and we'll delete it.
- A record of when you accepted our Terms, Privacy Policy and not-advice notice: the version, time, your IP address and browser type. We keep it for the life of your account plus 7 years as proof of agreement.
We do not collect SSNs, EINs as a required field, bank account numbers, or government ID scans. Do not upload them.
What we don’t do with data
- We do not sell personal or firm data.
- We do not use your firm or client data to train AI models.
- No advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on this site.
- We count page views per day by page and source, without cookies, IP addresses or personal data.
Subprocessors
- Stripe — checkout and customer portal.
- Resend — magic-link and reminder email delivery.
- Cloudflare — Workers hosting and D1 database.
Ownership, export, deletion
Your firm owns the client lists and configurations you enter. After cancel: you keep seeing the calendar through the paid period (with a stop-date warning); access ends immediately when the period ends. Static .ics + CSV export only during the remaining paid period (cancel email / dashboard). Account data stays private until day 90 for resubscribe, then purge (warning ~day 80). Deletion on request otherwise: we aim to complete within 30 days of a verified request to hello@ordexly.com.
Breach notification
If we confirm a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected account owners without unreasonable delay and describe steps we are taking.
