Every client deadline, in the calendar you already use
Ordexly gives CPA and bookkeeping firms one calendar feed per client covering payroll, unemployment, sales tax, and annual report deadlines across federal filings (including Forms 940 and 941) plus 50 states and DC, each checked against the official agency source. See exactly what is verified in each state.
Source-linked to official agency pages. No advice and no filing: just organized dates.
From $5/month for one business; firm plans from $9/month. Free trial on every plan, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. See pricing.

Sample feed — subscribe, don’t download
One click adds the public sample calendar. Subscribing keeps the dates up to date. Downloading a calendar file only adds a one-time copy.
How it works
1. List your clients
For each client entity, tell us its states, entity type, and filing frequencies.
2. Subscribe once per client
Each client gets a private calendar subscription link you add to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. When a date is corrected, the feed updates.
3. Get reminders
One email digest per day, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before each client deadline, with official source links.

- Confirm registered agent and officers
- File the report
- Pay the fee and keep the confirmation
Organizational reminder only. Not legal or tax advice.
Why firms use a feed instead of a spreadsheet
Deadlines show up in the calendars your staff already check, one calendar per client.
Dates follow each agency's published next-business-day rule. Unconfirmed items are held out of customer feeds until we can cite an official source.
Each event links the official agency page it came from, so you can check it in one click.
