2026-10-15 — Full state coverage and rule fixes

Louisiana and Oregon are now Official-verified, so federal plus all 50 states and DC are fully covered. Arizona corporation and Massachusetts LLC annual reports are added. These reports are due on or before the formation anniversary, and Ordexly shows the last day of the month before it. Alabama unemployment reports now show the official last-day due date (it does not move for weekends). Montana annual reports now show December 1 for domestic entities and November 1 for foreign entities (set the Montana registration field). Massachusetts ST-9 for January 2027 is shown March 1. Federal 1040 and 1120 extension reminders are both opt-in. New verified territory items: Guam W-1 quarterly withholding return, U.S. Virgin Islands quarterly unemployment report and Northern Mariana Islands annual corporation report. American Samoa was removed from the state picker.

2026-10-15 — Coverage re-audit (earlier the same day; superseded by the entry above)

Superseded: Louisiana and Oregon were completed later that day, so coverage is now federal plus all 50 states and DC. At the time of this entry, federal plus 48 states and DC were Official-verified, and Louisiana, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Northern Mariana Islands showed only their verified items (see Coverage). Anything not verified is not shown. Source links refreshed for Alabama unemployment, Ohio withholding, Louisiana sales tax and Montana annual reports.

2026-10-12 — Overnight batch

Payroll, unemployment and sales tax deadlines re-checked against official sources for PA, TX, FL, WA and AZ; CO, TN, IN, MO and MN added; NY and MA sales tax added. Help center, pages for CPAs, bookkeepers and LLC owners, and security rate limits. Cancel policy: access continues through the period you paid for.

2026-10-12 — Cancel access: no freeze window

After you cancel, your calendar keeps working through the period you paid for, with a note showing the date access ends. You can download your deadlines until then. Your data stays private for 90 days after access ends, then it’s deleted.

2026-10-12 — More states + onboarding/CPA/Ask

Sales tax, withholding and unemployment deadlines for CA, NY, IL, OH, GA, NC, MI, NJ, VA and MA, from official sources. All of these states are now Official-verified (2026-10-15 re-audit). Also added: a first-login walkthrough, per-client export, a weekly what's-due digest, bulk mark-filed and the Ask Ordexly help chat.
